Refunds:
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. If the guests notifies Beachfront Villa Hawaii of a cancellation 60 days prior to guests arrival we will make our best efforts to rebook the unit in which case we will refund your deposit. If guest notifies Beachfront Villa Hawaii of a cancellation less than 60 days prior to guests arrival , the reservation deposit will be forfeited. $100 refundable security deposit.

Arrival/Departure:
Check in time is 3:00 pm
Check Out Time is 10:00 am Unless other arrangements are made.

Taxes & Fees:
13.962% general excise tax
$225-$475 cleaning fee, depending on accomodation(s)
50% Security deposit to hold reservation and final payment due 60 days before arrival

Number of Guests:
Occupancy is limited to number of confirmed guests.
Receptions, luau's, and large parties of any kind are strictly prohibited (unless agreed upon by owner in advance)

One contract a month due to zoning laws

Smoking is allowed outside only.
